Check out Brian's work on his Personal Site
Hi Brian! Would you introduce yourself and your project, My Marvelous Website?
Hello my name is Brian Joseph Wang and I'm CEO, owner and creative of My Marvelous Website. I am the person behind the scenes doing all of the creative work mostly for my company. Sometimes my wife who is a journalist will help me and sometimes I will need assistance of other fellow creatives but I just like to do awesome creative projects for my clients. I like to see what major brands are doing and do it better. I like to do that because I come from a background in design and art. Got my Bachelor of Fine Arts from California State University Long Beach in 2015. I've been doing art ever since I was a kid always trying new things and creating new things. So My Marvelous Website is my company kind of the birth child and mechanism that allows me to work with others in the world doing creative projects. I love to do photograph,y event photography, studio photography, web design, Search Engine Optimization, helping business out in various ways whatever that may be. I don't think any challenge is too hard. I love a challenge. I love technology and the arts and helping others. I love thinking create typically to find new ways to solve solutions. In My Marvelous Website is the hub to do that. So that is my background for my company and I look forward to doing work with any kind of client. If it's a cool and awesome project I find a way to work with the client. If I feel there's passion there then I will accept that client as a project and currently we're located in lovely Los Angeles where there's a lot of different kinds of opportunities to work with others.
As a creative professional, what gigs are your favorite? Which projects are still challenging?
As a creative professional my favorite gig to do is photography. I think photography is beautiful because it captures a moment in time and you can keep that moment with you forever. And never forget it. And as a photographer my goal is to capture a beautiful moment. So when I take a picture of somebody and they can see they look beautiful and they could have that for the rest of their lives, that gives me great joy and fulfillment in the artistry. But I find that the photo is immense. It all starts with one push of a button but depending on how you set it up the model it makes a world of a difference. So it's a very deep well. Photography in such a simple thing. There's a lot to it. That's why I enjoy photography. And when it comes to some things that maybe I can work on and improve I think my 3D work believe it or not- 3D object creating 3D rendering, I am skilled in that field but it's advancing ever so often. So I'd like to be the top tier in 3D as well.

Tell us about your photography. Who are your subjects? How would you describe your photographic aesthetic?
In my photography usually anything or anybody is a subject. And recently I've been doing studio photography where I've been working with models and this just makes the photographer's job easier, makes my job easier, and it gives me a lot more versatility and creating the look that I'm going for- the message the style there's so much more control when I get to work with models. Models are very talented people, they have different styles so there are artists in themselves and I enjoy working with models and allowing them to have some of the say in the creativity of the shot because it adds another layer of dynamic and makes it real. It makes it raw and makes something that's unexpected something genuine. I believe that God created each one of us as a genuine different people. I'd like to capture the beauty of a person and in a photography shot. You can check out my photography app. Brianisalive.com and see the whole all the different kinds of shoots that I do. Sometimes I like it simple and clean. Sometimes like it's super crazy and creative. Other times it's doing events it all varies but there is a beauty in photography.
You have other projects like ChristianFresh Gear- how are all these projects connected?
So I have a lot of projects if you check out my portfolio. Brianisalive.com and the reason I have so many projects is because there's a lot of different things that I would like to do. Sometimes I'm driving and I get inspired or I'm sitting quietly and I get inspired and I always want to do something when I get inspired even if it's just a step forward in a project. Even though I may know I don't have the talents necessarily right away I still want to go ahead and start a project. So Christian Fresh Gear is just a small piece and the big spectrum of projects that I've done and I like to do different kinds of projects to see what I like and test the waters for photography. For instance I started just as a hobby and then I took it more seriously and then I took the next level and then I realized this is something that I can see myself doing and that's what I did. The same thing for crafts, I've craft projects, clothing brands, I've created each one with varying levels of success each one with certain people liking it more than the other. But to me it's just fun either way. And all these projects are connected just because they're simply my babies you can think of it. They're simply my ideas and I get bored of one thing then I'll move on to a different kind of project. So they're all from me they're my ideas they come from my soul and the depth of who I am. That's how they are all connected.

What are you working on right now? Where can we see your work next?
Right now I'm working on photography projects. I'm trying to create really unique cutting edge scenes. I'm trying to take photography to the next level where you can think of that as disrupting photography. Usually photographers like to drip feed their audience, one photo here's another photo. But me I'm releasing album after album. Each week of new photography me experimenting with different creative styles different processing different models. I'm in Los Angeles, I have the studio to do it and it is just awesome. So you can see my work at Brianisalive.com. That is the best place to see my updated work. If you want to see what my company offers offers services mymarvelouswebsite.com. But just getting in contact with me either way whether it's this way that way carrier pigeon envelope, you know helicopter whatever your style is. That's where you can see my work. I love doing all different kinds of projects I'm telling you photography right now. But next week I may be like web design is where it's at. Just because I'm passionate about the creative projects I do. But either way I have this place online to showcase them all. So what will I be doing in two weeks or three weeks? I don't know. It's the nature of working for others as a freelancer. But I always make time to do the projects that I feel are important and that are meaningful to me.
